Can I return or exchange my item?
If you have purchased a faulty item, we will remedy or replace the item free of charge. 'Change of mind' returns must come back in the original packaging and must be in a resellable condition. These will incur a pick-up and restocking fee, which is calculated according to item weight. Unfortunately 'change of mind' refunds are not available on customised furniture.
