Not quite happy with what you purchased? Here’s the lowdown on returning, exchanging, or fixing your item.
If you have purchased a faulty item, firstly we apologise. We’ll remedy or replace the item within 30 days from the date of purchase – free of charge. Just contact us with some photos of the damage, your order number, and a brief explanation of the situation and we’ll get right on it.
Returning or exchanging one of our standard items
If you change your mind and want to return an item or swap it for another, you’ll need to do this within 30 days from the date of purchase. The purchased item/s will need to have the original packaging and be in a resalable condition. A pick-up and restocking fee will be incurred, which is calculated according to the item’s weight. Returning or exchanging a custom item
Unfortunately, customised furniture is made especially for you, so we don’t do returns or exchanges on these. We hope you understand.
